Texas Fertilizer Plant Explosion near Waco an accident? Get real, authorities!

Dearest Marty, my wonderful prince and soul mate,

How are you?

People contribute to a widespread conspiracy and cover it up or can’t confront that it is there. Before they even have found those who did it, they make statements that there is no bigger plot (Janet Neapolitano) or the authorities in Texas (accident rather than terrorism). And they do this before they have investigated a case.

Extreme case of cover up or blindness!

Until those responsible to keep the USA safe are getting a higher confront and ethics level by going after those who truly set these atrocities up, the United States and everyone in it will remain without rights as he/she/it can be blown up or shot or otherwise killed whenever the SEGNPMSS wants it and sets it up.

This latest Waco explosion just as much as that one in Boston are linked, and I bet that more terror is planned.   (On April 19,  1993,  the Branch Davidian compound in Waco blew up. This was a very unprofessional if not corrupt handling by the feds. And it demonstrated typically how the SEGNPMSS works. They are using their own agents within the government to make very bad decisions and then, they are using their outside agents to attack in retaliation the bad decisions of the government! ) Harm and more harm is what these monsters (which no government want to bring to justice) do.

SEGNPMSS is also trying to send another message. It is this message: “You are living in a small town or rural area? You are NOT safe from our terror.”

Americans and the rest of the world will be a lot safer if the USA finally acknowledges their existence and truly goes after them. Their agents think they are safe with them, but they are so mistaken!

Unlike others, you are not blindsided.

I love you so much, Marty.

Many tender and passionate kisses.

Yours forever,

Sarah/Barbara

  1. There are other planets. Astronomers working with NASA’s Kepler planet-finding spacecraft said Thursday that they had found the most Earth-like worlds yet known in the outer cosmos, a pair of planets that appear capable of supporting life and that orbit a star 1,200 light-years from here in the constellation Lyra.

    • Living on the unprotected surface of any planet isn’t WISE for anyone who thinks that people shouldn’t look like prunes and who thinks an average lifespan of 75 years is not fair.

Besides, SEGNPMSS will catch anyone before one (with or without body) can reach this planet or they will fly with that person and with that, terror arrives also on these new planets.

  2. What a tragedy. Here is a list of Fertilizer companies and plants.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Fertilizer_companies

    Says WP:

Fertilizer production and storage comes with some risks. The West, Texas plant stored and blended anhydrous ammonia — a pungent gas with suffocating fumes used as a fertilizer. Meanwhile, a different type of fertilizer, ammonium nitrate, can explode if mixed with fuel and ignited. That’s fairly rare, but it does happen — there have been at least 16 major explosions worldwide since 1921. (It’s unknown if ammonium nitrate was present at the West facility, too.)

    • Ideal scene for terrorists to mix with fuel and ignite. All SEGNPMSS has to do is hypnotize and implant a plant worker and sent this a sleeper (implanted and hypnotized person with a suicide mission) back into the plant and there goes the neighborhood.

  3. The deadly fertilizer blast in a rural Texas town is mostly likely unrelated to an act of terror, the chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee says.

“We believe this to be an industrial accident,” Texas Republican Rep. Mike McCaul told reporters on Thursday

    • That is so blindsided!

      “We believe…” means nothing.

These Homeland Security people play terror down because it means otherwise that they having filed the American people, which they do all the time.

He also said: “It’s not like the town is on the terror watch list.”

Man! As if terrorists just blow up what’s on somebody’s list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. There was an even deadlier incident on April 16, 1947 in Texas.

The Texas City disaster of April 16, 1947 is the deadliest industrial accident in U.S. history, and one of the largest non-nuclear explosions. Originating with a mid-morning fire on board the French-registered vessel SS Grandcamp (docked in the Port of Texas City), its cargo of approximately 2,300 tons (2,086,100 kg) of ammonium nitrate detonated, with the initial blast and subsequent chain-reaction of further fires and explosions in other ships and nearby oil-storage facilities killing at least 581 people, including all but one member of the Texas City fire department. The disaster triggered the first ever class action lawsuit against the United States government, under the then-recently enacted Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), on behalf of 8,485 victims.

    • Accident? I don’t think so. I rather see secret German Nazi retaliation for a lost war. They order a French ship with some remote-controlled psych implanted and hypnotized sleepers with ear implants on a suicide on board into an American port, knowing, the chemicals on the ship would explode… Just one has to throw a burning match into the load.

  5. This section is interesting.

Hundreds of lawsuits were filed as a result of the disaster. Many of them were combined into Elizabeth Dalehite, et al. v. United States, under the recently enacted Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). On April 13, 1950, the district court found the United States responsible for a litany of negligent acts of omission and commission by 168 named agencies and their representatives in the manufacture, packaging, and labeling of ammonium nitrate, further compounded by errors in transport, storage, loading, fire prevention, and fire suppression, all of which led to the explosions and the subsequent carnage. On June 10, 1952, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals overturned this decision, finding that the United States maintained the right to exercise its own “discretion” in vital national matters. The Supreme Court affirmed that decision (346 U.S. 15, June 8, 1953), in a 4-to-3 opinion, noting that the district court had no jurisdiction under the federal statute to find the U.S. government liable for “negligent planning decisions” which were properly delegated to various departments and agencies. In short, the FTCA clearly exempts “failure to exercise or perform a discretionary function or duty”, and the court found that all of the alleged acts in this case were discretionary in nature.

In its dissent, the three justices argued that, under the FTCA, “Congress has defined the tort liability of the government as analogous to that of a private person,” i.e., when carrying out duties unrelated to governing. In this case, “a policy adopted in the exercise of an immune discretion was carried out carelessly by those in charge of detail,” and that a private person would certainly be held liable for such acts. It should also be noted that a private person is held to a higher standard of care when carrying out “inherently dangerous” acts such as transportation and storage of explosives.
According to Melvin Belli in his book Ready for the Plaintiff! (1965), Congress acted to provide some compensation after the courts refused to do so.[9] The Dalehite decision was eventually “appealed” to Congress, where relief was granted by means of legislation (Public Law 378, 69 Stat. 707 (1955)). When the last claim had been processed in 1957, 1,394 awards, totaling nearly $17,000,000, had been made.

    • The problem is that officials have ear implants too. For the SEGNPMSS, a terror action contains conditioning people to become terrorists but also officials, representatives, and judges to act irresponsible, look the other way, and cover things under the carpet.

  6. This is about the Boston Marathon bombing. Another possible suspect with a psychiatric mind:

Anzor Tsarnaev told the BBC that his younger son Dzhokhar was hoping to be a brain surgeon…

Men who plant bombs are “very religious?” How come?

  7. A possibility is that ammonium nitrate, which was stored at the facility, could have exploded. This was the cause of America’s worst industrial accidents in the 1947 aboard a ship in a Texas City port. Approx. 600 people were killed.

    • How can this about the Texas City Disaster not be deliberate?

The cargo ship Grandcamp was being loaded on April 16, 1947, when a fire was detected in the hold: at this point, 2600 tonnes of ammonium nitrate in sacks were already aboard.

      WHO SET THE FIRE?

The captain responded by closing the hold and pumping in pressurized steam.

      IS THAT THE STANDARD HANDLING?

One hour later, the ship exploded, killing several hundred people and setting fire to another vessel, the High Flyer, which was moored 250 metres away and which contained 1050 tonnes of sulfur and 960 tons of ammonium nitrate.

REMINDS ME SOMEHOW TO THE SINKING TITANIC. THE CAPTAIN SAW A SCRATCH AND DECIDED TO CONTINUE THE JOURNEY INSTEAD OF LETTING PEOPLE CLIMB ON THE ICE BERG TO WAIT FOR RESCUE. MY GUT FEELING IS THAT IT WAS REALLY JUST A SCRATCH BUT WHAT REALLY BROUGHT THE TITANIC DOWN IS A GERMAN U-BOOT SENDING A MISSILE INTO THE BELLY OF THE TITANIC AFTER THEY CONTINUED THE JOURNEY AND THIS MIGHT BE THE REAL REASON WHY THE SEGNPMSS-CONTROLLED WORLD DID NOT PULL THE SHIP TO THE SURFACE.

  11. Your intuition might be right, Barb.

A paramedic who was one of the first on the scene of a massive explosion lat month at a fertilizer plant in West, Texas, was arrested early Friday and charged with possession of a destructive device, The Dallas Morning News reported

  13. People are being investigated. A case or plot, before they know they have contributed to the widespread conspiratorial setup. The message is, Federal Agents confront you, and you are not safe from their retaliation.
