Deutsche Bank (1.7 trillion EUR assets) is above the law by misselled mortgage-backed securities

 

Dearest Marty, my incredible Prince and ethical husband,

Deutsche Bank is again in the news.They put a British CEO on top so that Germany won’t get all or any heat. Typical German strategy.  

I checked the definitions of misselling.

Cambridge Dictionary:  The act of selling something that is not suitable for the person who buys it.

InvestorWords:  A type of sales practice whereby the sales person misrepresents or misleads an investor with regard to the features of a particular product or service. In the financial services industry this could include the sales person not disclosing certain facts about an investment, even though this information could help the investor to make a more informed judgment regarding whether or not to purchase the investment

Investopedia: Misselling is the ethically questionable practice of a salesperson misrepresenting or misleading an investor about the characteristics of a product or service.

Wikipedia: Misselling  is the deliberate, reckless, or negligent sale of products or services in circumstances where the contract is either misrepresented, or the product or service is unsuitable for the customer’s needs. For example, selling life insurance to someone who has no dependents is regarded as misselling.

Records that I found online reveal also the Nazi past of Deutsche Bank. They supported the Gestapo and helped building concentration camps.

They are still on the wrong side of ethics by defrauding people. And didn’t the USA bail out this lawless bank with around 2008 with approx. 12 billion USD? It is outrageous that the USA throws money at Germany instead of demanding it. Once again, the September 11 terrorists were Saudis but conditioned into Manchurian candidates by German psychs who cowardly are hiding, which they can do best.  

German businesses wants to bail out Deutsche Bank. I wouldn’t support the misseller as that means being supportive of the crimes. Germany gives banks a bad reputation.
