A very German-oriented US Supreme Court – a shame for the USA, the country that defeated once the Nazis

Did you hear about this story? In a precedent-setting move, the US Supreme Court denies the attempts of Jewish heirs to reclaim the “Guelph Treasure”, a treasure worth probably $250 Million. In an unanimous ruling, the US Supreme Court bowed before still existing Nazi Germany and said that the U.S. courts can’t be used to pursue claims that a foreign country’s citizens suffered financial damages through the taking of property by their own government.

What is wrong with those judges, Marty? Never heard of what Germany did to their unlucky Jewish citizens? They rule as if they have no education. The decision could impact Holocaust-era restitution cases for decades to come in Germany’s favor of course. Unless these Germany-worshipping judges are being impeached.

What is next? The US Supreme Court flying the German flag over the courthouse?

The heirs of the former owners of the “Guelph Treasure” had sued today’s Germany for restitution on the grounds that the transaction was among the many forced sales of artworks by Jews living in Germany under the Nazi regime. The treasure is now on display in a museum in Germany’s capitol Berlin. Germany won’t let it out of its greedy eyes. 

The heirs brought their case under the fact that the treasure’s forced sale violated international law as an act of genocide. However, the U.S. Supreme Court (conservatives and non-conservatives) decided that the seizure of a property belonging to a country’s own citizens is a domestic matter, and therefore not under the jurisdiction of US law. Huh?

It really sounds like out of a Nazi textbook. And how convenient for the US Supreme Court and Germany that Ruth Bader-Ginsburg is gone, isn’t it?

Germany says that the sale did not take place under duress. But when were Jews in Germany ever not under duress and had rights like the Germans? The “sale” in 1935 resulted in a few Million Reichsmark for a treasure that is probably 250 Million Dollars.

In 1935 the remaining 42 pieces of the collection were sold for 4.25 million Reichsmarks in a transaction in the Netherlands to agents of the Nazi Hermann Göring who was very close to Adolf Hitler.

Dearest Marty, my endless love, how are you?

Despite I filled out my census form online months ago, a guy came by telling me he heard racoons on my attic, which is completely untrue. They are in the neighborhood but not in my attic. And he asked me again (as he always does when I see him) when my niece comes back. She has absolute zero interest in this guy.

And there was again no message for me by you or on your behalf in a world in which all people are run with ear-implants with Germany having the overall control over it.  

Also, I try to get a permanent ITIN from the IRS since a long time. I read online that a German posted that it is very easy and that she just had to call the IRS to get one. As Germany wants me to leave the USA so that nobody finds out that they infiltrated the US government, they make all real hard on me.

I got another reply, this time from the IRS Fresno, CA, AM Operation 2, Dept. 3 Manager, and I don’t even live in CA, dated August 18, 2020, in reply to 0833126407, in response to my correspondence of November 21, 2019, sending my form W-7 dated June 20, 2019 to the IRS, 3651 S. Interregional HWY, Austin, TX 78767 (despite I don’t live in Texas) as this office can best process my request. I think that the Texas IRS denied the permanent ITIN to me already before.

One should think that the IRS is mainly interested that people are paying taxes for the USA. Nope. According to my perceptions, they are mainly interested to serve secret German purposes. They should say: “Permanent US tax number? You bet! How many do you want? We love people who pay taxes!” But instead, they are making my life hard and difficult.

And another subject: You heard about Alexei Navalny, Vladimir Putin’s rival. He fell ill on a plane within Russia, and his family insisted that he will be treated in Germany of all countries to get a fair treatment. Fair treatment and Germany in one sentence is a bad joke. Germany of all countries! There is where communism comes from! People sure drink German cool aide by the gallons. German doctors in Berlin say that he was poisoned. And doctors in other countries wouldn’t have figured that out? 

Germany is so needy as it was to be internationally admired and to become world power 1. That the man was transported to Germany raises even more suspicion that Germany organized this because they are so needy for admiration. This includes that he was not killed right away just disabled as otherwise, if he would be killed right away, how could they get what they crave most: Being considered and getting attention of being the greatest and most advanced country in the world.   

And Russian doctors of course obey. All obey to Germany. Except us, Marty. But one day we get out of all of this, dead or alive, and then it is over. And then we will breathe from the beyond down the necks of the monsters behind Germany. We’ll see how they like THAT.    

Germany has the overall-control over all ear-implants including those of people who poison other people’s tea of course. 

Although Germany says that it is anti-communism it is not. Marx was German, suppression is German, Lenin was a German agent, and the list goes on. Disabling Alexei Navalny is very much so in German interest. And on top, Germany gets what it wants most: People all over the world read that they are the chosen country, the most advanced country, their doctors the best in the world, and greater than God, and it is all hogwash.   

Germany, and the medical and psychiatric monsters behind it, are the best in the world in conspiring, infiltrating countries and minds, setting horrible things up, and treating people like dirt.

If Germany “decommunizes” the world, then ONLY because it considers that it can make more cash with capitalism and wants to take over all those countries that it held down with communism before.

Where are Roma and Sinti really? A new Indian/European (no surprise) study says that Roma are Dalit (lowest Indian caste) – but some Roma are convinced that they are Jewish

There is nobody who can hold a candle to you. And I am so glad that I always could see it. 

It is 2:40am in the morning and I can’t sleep and this after a very busy day. Under normal circumstances, I should be firmly asleep. However, secret p$ych weapons (silent sounds) are used to steal our sleep. The SEGNPMSS steals everything. These lawless idiots think that this pays for them but they are as always completely wrong. If they won’t let me sleep, I use the sleepless time to reveal their crimes. 

I read that medical doctors between the 1970s and 1990s (long after the Nazis allegedly were gone), the Czech Republic and Slovakia sterilized around 90,000 Romani women against their will. Germany of course says that this has nothing to do with Germany. But this is not true. The medical doctors, the psychiatrists behind Germany run the entire world with ear-implants. They tell other countries to do the dirty work for Germany.

It seems to be unclear where the gypsy came from.   

Some people published that the ancestors of the Roma travelled to Europe from northern India, through what is now Iran, Armenia and Turkey. And from the 9th century on, they spread across all European countries.

A new Indian/European (no surprise) study says that the gysys are Dalit (the lowest Indian caste). I learned that Dalit, means “broken/scattered” in Sanskrit and Hindi and is a term used for people belonging to castes in India who have been subjected to untouchability. Gee, I can’t imagine that the Roma or Sinti embrace this. The study allegedly compared the Y chromosomes in DNA samples of Roma to those of thousands of Indians.

If the Roma or Sinti feel that they are being Jewish, maybe someone should compare their DNA to the DNA of Jews and see if there is even a better fit.  

You know that Germany treated gypsy like Jews and that the Nazis killed up to 500,000 of them. 

There is an Israeli Scholar by the name of Avukia who claims that the Romani are descendants of the Israelite tribe of Simeon. He says that the gypsies know that they’re of Jewish origin, but they have no proof. Sort of like me, being born in the USA and having no proof? According to them, they do not just mean that they are descendants of intermarriages between Roma or Sinti and Jews but that they are originally Jews.

Loud and silent sounds make people not spotting what Germany is up to

I am again here, thinking of you. Here is another lecture by me, despite you are the last who needs it. I know you are already aware of what I am addressing.  But I can’t help it. 🙂 It just breaks out of me, particularly when I read the news.  

Germany wants the business ties that the USA has with China because Germany wants to become the major if not only world power. The medical and psychiatric monsters behind Germany planted the coronavirus in China (far away from Germany so that it won’t be suspected) to kill people of a certain age group. Also, by turning it into a pandemic, it wants the USA to blame China, so that the USA/China relationship sours and Germany, behind the cover of the EU, can get the business from China instead of the USA. However, any sort of alleged equal relationship between Germany and China will be short-lived. The monsters behind Germany plan nothing less than to overtake China and rule it entirely and completely.     

A German teacher who taught German in China told me that China treated the German teachers better than the Chinese teachers and paid the German teachers more than its Chinese teachers for the same work. China, like all other countries, really must get out from under the German thumb. China kicking the German invention of communism to the curve and seeing Germany for what it is, would be a great start.    

I assume you have read that Germany has not upgraded its military/defense, Marty. Well, why should they? First of all, the lunatic psychiatrists behind Germany run all other countries via ear-implants, including Germany’s “enemies”. If Germany steps on another country’s toes despite all the willing ear-implants in that country, it has other countries to pay the bill for the German defense, e.g. the USA and the other countries in the EU. The rich country Germany stole US taxpayers’ money for this low and hidden purpose since WWII.

All what Germany has to do is using their beloved ear-implants and sending loud commands or silent sounds into the ears and heads of their agents in the relevant countries (which they “hired” when they were kids with unripe minds, assisted by implants already shot into not yet born or new born babies at the doctor’s offices or hospitals) and they get their rewards, which is of course a lousy pay considering what they would get and have by playing fair. Ear-implants in all is one of Germany’s dirtiest psychiatric secrets. 

Germany is not afraid of communism. It is their very own invention! Suppression of people. No country can do this better than Germany. They are not afraid of Russia or China because they secretly run all countries. Putin has/had a German secret service ID. Even if Russia would “invade” Germany, even if Russia would bomb them and millions of Germans would die, the monsters behind Germany are safe and at the end, it all would serve the German purpose to take over more of the world. At the end, Russia would turn into Germany but Germany not into Russia. How do I know? I know the obsessed psychiatric minds behind Germany.     

Some people utter concern about the US ordering troops back from Germany. They write idiotic stuff like: The US let’s one of its best allies without adequate defense against the Russians, blah blah. Ridiculous. People are superficial thinkers. There are layers to consider, which they don’t. 

GERMANY WANTS US TROOPS TO LEAVE GERMANY BECAUSE GERMANY WANTS AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE US CONTROL IN GERMANY WHEN AGAINST ALL ODDS AND THANKS TO US, MARTY, THE WORLD LEARNS WHAT GERMANY REALLY DID AND IS UP TO.  

If Germany really would need the US defense in form of troops in Germany, it would have paid its NATO dues and would be not delinquent as it is. It should have raised alarm bells in each political analyst. Why does a rich country like Germany does not want to pay for its own defense? 1) Because it runs everyone. Therefore, they need no real defense. It is just to fleece the USA and play the possible victim so that nobody suspects it. A little whisper through German-controlled ear implants, and things go how Germany wants it. 2) They want the USA to leave Germany as they fear that one day in the future, particularly if we win, Marty, the USA will not be that gullible anymore. And a smart USA on German ground, knowing what Germany is up too, no, that is what Germany tries to avoid by all means. So, they control Trump into calling them back. Officially, it looks as if Trump would be no close friend of Germany but wittingly or unwittingly, he does exactly what they want him to do. And I doubt that Biden will be better. The Obama administration allowed Germany to get away with whatever it did.     

Germany’s neediness to control everything is in clear sight. France is another example. Alexandre Gustave Eiffel, who build the Eiffel Tower was born in France but had a German last name and came from German roots. They had him build a tower that copies the pyramids with his name and made it France’s icon. And it doesn’t end here. Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi who designed the Statue of Liberty also came from a German family. Why? Because German neediness to be seen as superior people also in other countries.  

They hold other nationalities down and promote selected people who are German or come from German roots. Thanks to Germany, nothing on Earth is an honest competition. If there really is a nationality or a country that produces more able people than others, it is for sure not German or Germany, otherwise, Germany wouldn’t have sunk so low and plot, conspire, steal, and hi-jack even minds, but would have allowed history take its course naturally and in friendly and fair competition with any race and country. Only those who are indeed inferior fear such an approach. 

In the USA, I see German names as holders of businesses much more than any other nationality. Why? Again, because Germany keeps all other nationalities down using loud and silent commands through ear-implants. If another national has a great idea, they will use loud or silent commands to talk him or her out of it. And then, if possible, they convey it to Germany or a German instead as the riches and the fame should be German. Until they get rid of that German as the monsters behind Germany don’t really like their own either. They have no human qualifications.    

If what Germany is up to ever should become breaking news, this should be known too: In order to conceal what they do, the psychiatric and medical monsters behind Germany would attack and shred their own Germans into pieces in an attempt to hide that is them who is behind the setups, as in: “It is not us, don’t you see, Germans just were attacked…” But it is them. All through history, we saw that monsters behind Germany was also bad to Germans.

If I would be German, I would search as long and deep until I discovered my Jewish roots and behave accordingly. And with accordingly, I don’t mean like Epstein and Weinstein or other bad apples that the SEGNPMSS cherry-picked to get riches and fame FOR NO OTHER REASON BUT TO HAVE THEM FALL IN DISGRACE TO PROMOTE THE IDEA IN PEOPLE’S HEADS THAT THE NAZIS WERE RIGHT TO GET RID OF THE JEWS.

One just has to read the news and the truth jumps out at one. Well, at us is does. They cannot fool all the people all the time.

As I said, Marty, stalkers always think that they know all about their stalker victims. Yet, alert stalker victims might know also all about their stalkers by just paying attention into what direction the rats run. It enables me to discover their most secretive plans and ideas. 

How can they be the most intelligent people by making such horrible mistakes by putting their dirty claws on us, Marty? Thinking is anything but their strengths.

The coronavirus like other viruses and germs is remote-controlled. SEGNPMSS can determine who gets sick on it or dies from it and who don’t. As Germany wants the world to think that it is such an advanced country of super-intelligent scientific people, it just kills some Germans. The world should think that Germany’s doctors and hospitals and government are better. However, fact is that the USA is a huge SEGNPMSS target. That’s why good people are held down and incompetent leaders are elected and why the USA has incompetent plans in place to battle viruses and diseases. 

You and I, we would know how to get a handle the virus: Building environmentally closed villages and knocking the remote-control to people’s minds and bodies out of Germany’s claws.

As time goes by…

Dearest Marty, my magnificent soulmate and husband,

How are you? You are my one of all googolplex thetans in the universe, Marty. And I wouldn’t want in any other way. No one compares to you. You live forever in my heart.

There was still no info, letter, news, whatever for me on your behalf. Yet, my intuition tells me that you are trying to reach me but people keep any info conspirately from me as that is what their German-controlled case officers are telling them to do through their ear-implants. It is a corrupt German-psychiartric world. 

In the movie “Till We Meet Again” from 1944, an old nun says that she lived through three wars and that everything would change, except the Germans.

Seems that people in former times saw things more clearly than they do now. Although, they also missed something: that the Spanish Flu virus 100 years ago was planted in a Kansas Military Unit upon secret German order, targetting young soldiers so that Germany is not being defeated, and that the world should hate the USA and not fight alongside the USA against Germany.

I was asking myself why the SEGNPMSS didn’t plant Covid 19 in the USA as they did with the Spanish Flu. Looks like they were afraid of something this time and that is why they planted it first in China.   

I listened to the plans to defeat the pandemic and be safe in the future. But nobody of all the people who occupy high posts and are being paid to protect the population came up with what really would save mankind: a new way of life, villages that are self-contained and enables people to control their own destiny. 

The New York Times, Ruchir Sharma, chief global strategist at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, wrote an article that was published yesterday, saying that neither the USA nor China would triumph in the post-pandemic world. He thinks that Germany will be the big winner.

Of course. Besides wanting to kill us with the virus, the psychiatric and medical monsters behind Germany planted then coronavirus to bring other countries’s people and economics down with it and have Germany come out as winner. Massmurder once again. Typical. 

As you know, people are immortal (not just spiritually but also physically). Yet, they die in an average of 70 to 80 years because the medical monsters behind Germany orders their death via remote-controlled germs, viruses, or other secret means. For them, committing mass murder is normal. They do it all the time using justifications. These medical monsters have shut off their conscience. They just can do this by shutting off their conscience. Otherwise they could not go on another day with what they have done and do. A normal person doesn’t even want to crush a bug. But they don’t mind to crush all of mankind in an average of  70 to 80 years and often younger because their conscience allows it as they shut off. They don’t ask or tell themselves how wrong and inhuman it is. 

However, even with a conscience shut off, their OWs have effect on them. They are going down too. Too bad that they take all of mankind with them.

The brutal murder of George Floyd in the hand of police makes me think of your sufferings and the danger you are in by being wrongfully incarcerated, Marty

It is a horror seeing George Floyd begging to be allowed to breathe, the inhumane cop killing him by kneeling on him and the other officers watching and not helping. 

By asking oneself, how people can commit the unspeakable, the answer is always: German-controlled psychiatric ear-implants. As long nobody blows the whistle on them, there will be never justice.

    SEGNPMSS is transmitting either with loud or silent sounds atrocities into the ears of police officers and others. It is not just about racism. It is also about worsening the reputation of the USA around the world, which is another strategy that the medical monsters behind Germany are using to become world power no. 1. Now as Germany runs the EU officially, it does not want flags of countries under Germany burned – but only for that reason

Dearest Marty, how are you? And your family? 

Not a day goes by when I don’t think of how your life looks like. And that I want to change it to the better.

Sometimes, it seems that I figured everything out without that anyone told me anything. And sometimes I think, what if I didn’t figure it out correctly or some of it not correctly. But I always end up thinking that I know without that I officially know. 

We real Scientologists, right? 🙂 We have such a confidence in our ability to know. It it is shaken, it comes right back again. How can it be something else than science? A religious philosophy that is true. And SPs fear our abilities so much that they infiltrated Scientology and changed it. If they would put that much effort and energy in bettering their lousy characters, they would be somebodies today instead of disgusting slime balls, instead of being like demogorgons, maybe white doctor uniforms on the outside but underneath total conscienceless butchers without any human qualifications.   

You know more than I do, Marty. You know already if that what I think, conclude, and write about is correct. Or maybe you ask yourself: Why is my wife from the early 1970s thinking or writing that?

Interesting is that it seems that nobody burns the German flag as the BBC wrote: burning of the EU flag or that of another country punishable… The German flag is not mentioned as people don’t burn the flag of this still existing Nazi country.  

People apparently don’t burn German flags, however, the SEGNPMSS talked and talks with loud or silent sounds in so many heads and ears to just burn flags of other countries. Now – as the EU is not just inofficially but also officially in German hands, Germany does not want to burn the EU flag or other European flags. It is always what is good for Germany, and the world’s analysts fail to see what’s going on.

Just what still existing and new German Nazis want: no US troops in Germany stopping them

Dearest Marty, my extraordinary soulmate and husband, 

How are you?

To make Germans vote for the Nazis, the SEGNPMSS is conditioning so-called religious people, e.g. Muslims, and runs them via their psychiatric holy cow, their ear- and body implants to advance Germany. German psychs talk through these ear-implants turn Germany into Europe’s strongest economy to the disadvantage of all other countries of the world. And their new Führers (the monsters behind Germany) now often hide behind women. They figured that they can use females to manipulate the world into thinking that Germany is no longer bad. They still want to take over the world. They do it by implanting little kids in any country with ear-implants and then, for example, beg Germany (Europe) to take their country over (in other words invade it), as for example the Ukraine did. Germany figures that in not long, it will be the Führer of the rest of the world, particularly after they turned the USA into a banana republic with a corrupt leadership and an ineffective congress.

Donald Trump is not at all in Germany’s way. A man “won” the presidency who considers himself German. He is allegedly cross with the current official leader Merkel because she allegedly is ruining his beloved Germany. Him asking Germany to pay some bills means nothing. There is a “Germany wins nevertheless plan” and alibi also behind this. Besides, Germany, the SEGNPMSS is the secret instigator and organizer of the Syrian war. Germany wants the hard-working Syrians to make its economy even stronger. Merkel and others admitted on numerous occasion that multi-culture failed in Germany. That means that Germans are still as intolerant and narrow-minded as they always were. That means that the Syrians and other fugitive must give up their identities. “Lovely” place that Germany. I don’t want to be buried there. 

Trump wants to withdraw the troops in Germany. Of course, Germany wants the USA to leave so that the psychiatrists behind Germany have it easier to bring the Nazis back. Dresden has an official Nazi emergency, and Trump wants to pull the troops out of Germany. In other words: undo the victory of Word War II. 

Below article says that Multiple presidents have asked Europe’s largest economy to pay for its own defense. This request has been made over many years and by many presidents.

I know that you, Marty, see too, how little confident the USA is kicking Germany’s behind. There is no real threat by Russia to Germany as Germany has anyone on a string. SEGNPMSS decides how the leaders of Russia or any other country act and react. 

Greedy Germany. Germany is laughing all the way to the bank. They know that there is no danger for them from any country. Why should it pay for protection of an alleged communistic or Islamic danger when it runs and manipulates its leaders and people? Communism and Islamic extremism are entirely German psychiatric products. 

Trump said that he wants to station the troops in Poland. This country honors its NATO defense. As I said, Trump, typical anti-foreigners himself, does what Germany wants. A huge official Nazi emergency problem in Germany and no US troops in Germany stopping the Nazis. 

They celebrate the fall of the Berlin wall these days, 30 years ago. And the I-feel-being-German-Trump builds one in the USA. A wall that can be saw through with regular tool. Waste of taxpayers money.

Germany also wasn’t keen of giving President Reagan credit for the fall of the Berlin wall. Why should he get credit for it? Germany knew that it could remove the wall at any time since its erection because the SEGNPMSS ran the Soviet Union and East Germany. And Reagan did Germany a huge favor. Taking the wall down, uniting  Germany with its eastern Nazi part, helped Germany to get bigger so that it can take over Europe and the world.      

I didn’t know that Mike Pompeo was stationed in Bavaria in the 1980. He knows the country well? From what I have seen, he is just another Berliner. I bet the farm that neither he nor Donald Trump assisted you against Germany. (German didn’t just defraud me, my feeling is that Germany framed you, Marty.)

As if this would be surprising in still existing Nazi Germany: Nazi emergency in Dresden, Germany

Dearest Marty, my one and only?

What is going on in your life? 

Saying that Germany is still Nazi Germany is not a conspiracy theory. There it is, in plain sight: Anti-immigrant sentiment runs high in the state of Saxony, of which Dresden is the capital: The party AfD won 27.5% of the vote in this year’s state election. It became the first far-right party to enter Germany’s national parliament in almost 60 years when it came in third place overall in federal elections in 2017.

It is of course not all to it. Muslim extremists and terrorists are conditioned and also run by the monsters behind Germany so that it is easier for them to bring the Nazis back. All people marching for the AfD are too dumb to realize it or too bad to admit it. Likely, they are both, dumb and bad. 

And that we have a foreigner hating US president who had a German father and feels like being Germany, isn’t a surprise either. Germany, the SEGNPMSS is not just behind Germany but above the entire world, any state, any government.

I know, Marty, it is not you who needs a lecture on it. You are aware of this but they tied your hands so that you can’t do anything against it. 

Thinking about seeing you again, makes my heart beat a lot faster. There is no (not one) beautiful love song (new or old or inbetween) that doesn’t make me think of you. It is magic. It is a divine love, we are having. I have no other explanation for it, do you?

How US judges are used by Germany, the not so secret owner anymore of Europe

 

Dearest Marty, my wonderful husband and awesome soulmate,

How are you? No day goes by on which I don’t miss you. You are a huge part of my life as me wanting to see you will never go away. How can anyone hope that I give up on my soulmate? It never will happen. My love for you is like an axiom. It stands like a rock, and trying to bring it down through decades of separation, impostor, 3rd party or anything else will never succeed.     

I ran into below article and the ruling in the case is just what the greedy Nazis doctors behind Germany order by hiding behind other nations as Spain and the USA.

SEGNPMSS use and used loud and silent sounds to have Jews (and others) produce some “art” that is really tasteless. And this is typical a German Nazi doctor strategy. They wanted ugly paintings to help with their propaganda against the Jews but kept  from the world that Nazi psychs and doctors use and used mind-control, loud and silent sounds, to make some Jews (and others) create ugly and tasteless art.

But there is of course also beautiful art as for example this painting that was surrendered by a Jewish woman trying to escape the Holocaust.

A “US” judge (with the German last name Walter) rendered a ruling that a “Spanish museum that acquired a priceless, Nazi-looted painting in 1992 is the work’s rightful owner, and not the survivors of the Jewish woman who surrendered it 80 years ago to escape the Holocaust“.

Yikes! This judge is a “hero”. Smells a lot after German-controlled ear-implants.   

Germany is above everyone, including the Spanish legislative. SEGNPMSS controls anyone’s ear implants on this planet and beyond. As Germany is the leader of Europe (and it is outrageous that the world allowed Germany to assume this position after all it did in the past and still does in present time), all riches of Europe fall directly back into Germany’s lap.

Walter criticized Baron Hans-Heinrich Thyssen-Bornemisza, the German industrialist whose name now graces the Madrid museum where the painting by Camille Pissarro hangs, for not doing all of the due diligence he could have when he acquired it in 1976, he found no evidence the museum knew it was looted art when it took possession in 1993. Under Spanish law, he ruled, the painting is legally the museum’s, although he also criticized Spain, calling its decision to keep it “inconsistent” with international agreements that it and other countries have signed “based upon the moral principle that art and cultural property confiscated by the Nazis from Holocaust (Shoah) victims should be returned to them or their heirs.”

To me it looks as if Thyssen-Bornemisza didn’t WANT to do due diligence when he acquired the painting in 1976 as he knew or feared it was stolen Jewish art. With everything of higher value, a title or owner search must be done. In 1993, the Spanish Museum should at least have done this research and also suspiciously did not do it. The judge awarded Spain (also known as Nazi haven and behind Spain rules still existing Nazi Germany) instead the descendants, the Jewish US family Cassirer the painting. And this despite that the judge knew that this is inconsistent with international agreements and that it is immoral. 

Yikes, again! I am glad that I never met this judge!

In short: the ruling is typical German. The judge should have thrown the book at Spain and Germany and shown some American backbone. German controls people with loud and/or silent sounds, so no wonder ethics and backbones are a rarity. 

I hope the Cassirer family appeals. I would.

Germany is also behind Switzerland. Remember, Marty, how Switzerland avoided to turn over Jewish bank accounts to the families of the owners? And it also sits on Jewish art. I guess it waits until the rightful owners drop dead or for more pro-Germany and pro-Europe rulings so that they can keep it.

The Gurlitt collection of stolen art, worth a Billion Dollar, minus some painting Germany kept – is handed to Switzerland, Germany’s other helpful “bank”.  Just as the ear-implant masters order: if not in Germany, than close to Germany in Europe, because Germany is Europe.     

I know why Switzerland was allowed to be “neutral” during the Nazi time. For no other reason but Jews transferring their bank accounts and other fortunes not to the USA and to other far away places but keep it close to Germany so that as little as possible would go lost during the time Jews still had a chance to do some transactions. Everything that the monsters behind Germany did and do is an open book for me and for sure for you too, Marty.
