Tony “Skimmer”Ortega and his bunker (what an indicator as to who is “WE” on Ortega’s blog) published today a long article on Monique’s husband in which he again failed to reveal that Monique’s husband isn’t you, Marty. 

One just has to compare photographs to see that you and Monique’s husband are not the same person, just as “Jack Vistaril” was not Ron, the founder of Scientology, but a German/CIA double agent. Tony Ortega is obsessed with Scientology since approx. 1990, and he never compared photos? What a lousy reporter. But I strongly assume he knows of the impostors and hushes those up to mislead. Again, what a lousy reporter and person. And he has the guts to criticize Reuters for just skimming the surface. Wonder what’s Ortega’s justification is for skimming the surface on what’s really wrong: IMPOSTORS AND NON-SCIENTOLOGY INFILTRATORS AND GERMANY’S SECRET SERVICES BEHIND THIS! 

Monique’s husband a “warrior”? What warrior? He is an impostor.  

Monique’s husband and David Miscavige’s relationship is no mysterious to me. As neither DM or the Miscavologists (Squirrel busters, etc.) ever revealed that Monique’s husband was hired to impostor you, and as Monique’s husband never accused DM of having hired him to impostor you, the conclusion is easy: even during times in which Monique’s husband appeared to be DM’s main enemy, they NEVER STOPPED CONSPIRING TOGETHER AGAINST YOU AND ME, MARTY. Mike Rinder belongs into this plot as well. He knew from the start that the man who took over your job as Inspector General for Ethics around 1990 was not you but. They all left you behind, what a real Scientologist never would do.  

DM, Monique’s husband, Mike Rinder, and others who participate in this conspiracy harm Scientology and us. For years they air dirty laundry about each other, and Scientology is blamed by the public. Exactly what Germany and the psychs behind this set up order.  

His Cobness might tell his Miscavologists: “I am not secretly working for Germany and psychs, etc… Schwarz is crazy…” But DM’s actions tell otherwise. He pays enemies of Scientology. After a possible deal with DM, your impostor wrote a brief posting “critical” of Germany (as worthless as a tiny footnote compared to what he did earlier) against Scientology. It smells like alibi. Actions count and his actions were clearly pro-Germany and anti-SCN by travelling there and actively supporting Germany. And DM supporting enemies of Scientology is also pro-Germany. 

Your impostor through the years: Non-Scientologist and hired by DM to take over your post in 1990 and to impostor you, then DM’s “enforcer”, then he blows, DM gets your impostor back and awards him with a cruise for blowing, then your impostor is again a Miscavologist until 2004 (according to others in the orgs doing no good at all and even being dangerous), and then he blows again and resurfaces in 2009 and claims on a blog to be an independent Scientologist. What a joke. He delivers his brand of auditing not to new people but wants org public or staff to leave the orgs and pay him instead. He makes his wife to a Scientologist, a Clear and what a “surprise”, briefly later, she isn’t a Scientologist either. He works officially with Germany together and travels there with Monique. He too claims that he is no longer a Scientologist. (As he ever was one!) He came up with “graduating SCN”, which sounded like a version of “deprogramming” to me. He wanted to write another book about this too, one against the founder and Scientology. As leaving Scientology is as easy as not more doing it, it was again unsuccessful and he announced failure on his blog. Later, he posted again positive about DM. And now it appears that he helped David Miscavige of all people in the legal arena. Sure, DM is and was all the time his co-conspirator and also sits on Scientology money.  

I strongly assume Mike Rinder would also settle for cash and support DM again, after all, they are all non-Scientologists, they never stopped conspiring against us, and they all have caused Scientology (and on top of the list David Miscavige) more harm than anyone else.

Case officers (non-Scientologists) hold the strings of robots and organize how they should react. Scientology was founded against such mechanisms.

It looks as if your impostor “settled” with DM (maybe a similar amount that Debbie Cook got or the 1.5 million Dollars that Leah Remini wants) instead of Monique to avoid paying the attorneys. If Monique’s former attorneys want to see cash, I guess they have to legally force access to the details of any possible deal. If there was a financial deal between DM and your impostor to make Mosey’s case go away, and it very much looks like it, DM might be in legal troubles here too.  

Let’s see if the attorneys allow themselves to be screwed financially for 1 million Dollar work that they claimed they have invested. Not that I think that the attorneys did anything great or good by taking Monique’s case or cases like this, but those who hired them must pay them, right? I am also sure that he made her file this case in the first place. I have seen footage that show that she does obedient whatever he orders. Would drive me nuts if someone would put a leach around my neck and tell me when I can breathe or not.

P.S. Marty, Karen de la Carriere posted on Ortega’s blog today that she financially supported Monique’s husband in 2010 and 2011. And that he paid also his trips and that she gave him an AMEX Platinum card to use at will and he bought a computer system.  

In 2011, he worked officially together with Germany.

I assume that His Cobness is his “Spanish Angel” now and gave him a lot more than she did. I guess he had an ulterior motive making her leave Scientology… Supporting him! Karen apparently never applied Scientology, otherwise she would have seen it coming.

 

 

 

      

  

ABC’s 20/20 didn’t compare the actions, writings, and photos of Ron, the real founder with those of the German/CIA double agent “Jack Vistaril” and showed a mixture of them to the public

 

Dearest Marty, my wonderful husband and Prince, how are you?

I watched ABC’s 20/20 show. Just like other networks and TV stations ABC’s didn’t compare the actions, writings, and photos of Ron, the real founder with those of the German/CIA double agent “Jack Vistaril” and showed pictures of those two very different individuals packed into one person to the public. Nobody making original research anymore?  That is why  people don’t get Scientology or other subjects and situations. Original investigative research is totally missing.

ABC named their show “A war without guns”. Doctors of the SEGNPMSS work since years on selling to the public that Scientology or Scientologists is/are violent by having their agents (incl. Miscavige) behave like the non-Scientologists that they are. They set up numerous such cases already, executed some, and I feel that the worst is yet to come as the world continues to allow that psychiatrists condition people (also not related to Scientology) and use non-Scientologists under cover as “Scientologists” to “run” Scientology.

Ms. Monique Yingling could benefit greatly from TRs to get control over her annoying blinking… She is no Scientologist and it shows. Hard to believe that she is working almost 3 decades for the orgs and doesn’t apply Scientology to her life. It is no surprise, however, as Miscavige is no Scientologist either. A man who accepts Scientology from German/CIA double agent and impostor “Jack Vistaril” and gives a damn about the real founder Ron or your suffering IS NO SCIENTOLOGIST! And Miscavige’s family, IQ, behavior, and actions also tell me that he is NO SCIENTOLOGIST. David Miscavige was raised by an anti-Semite and violent father. (Explains a lot but is no excuse for DM to be like he is.)  

And then there is Leah Remini. I don’t approve of anything she does, Marty. Including working with Mike Rinder who (together with David Miscavige) allowed your impostor Mosey’s husband (another non-Scientologist) to take over your position in Scientology so that nobody misses you and nobody helps you out of your wrongful incarceration.  He, DM, and the likes never applied the Code of Honor of a Scientologist “Never desert a comrade in need, in danger or in trouble” because they are 100% non-Scientologists with small IQs and ethic levels like zoo inhabitants.  

 I see that Remini’s activities creates more hatred against Scientology and Scientologists but don’t solve any problems. From what she says, I can tell that she is clueless about what Scientology originally was. Germany and psychiatrists decided to change Scientology by sending agents under cover as Scientologists into the orgs. She also has no class. She is cheap and rude. And I don’t want her tonelevel for anything in the world. (Also shame on the infiltrated orgs and the CC that nobody made sure that she advanced while she was on org lines.)

When Dan Harris didn’t react as she wanted, she called him the worst cussword of the English language on public TV.  Her zoo behavior is considered “cool” by Tony Ortega and his stupid followers. She is exactly the kind of non-Scientologist who changed orgs from places of class, warmth, and helpfulness, into cold, unfriendly, and rude places. Her language and behavior fits a lot to that of David Miscavige. 

Non-Scientologists just dump their children in Scientology orgs and  leave them to psychiatric-altered books, -policies, -bulletins, and agents under cover as “Scientologists” don’t explain original Scientology to them. The results are Leah Reminis and other blind and fanatical Scientology attackers or such people who say nevertheless in the orgs and make them to worse places. Also the behavior between Leah Remini and Katie Holmes on org-lines was that of two non-Scientologists.

What did they do to my dad’s song, is what I am thinking, Marty. 

However, no upbringing is an excuse not finding out about original Scientology themselves. When we (you and I) returned to Scientology after Germany’s psychs stole our memories to original Scientology, Scientology was already “Vistarology” (the version of  German/CIA double agent “Jack Vistaril”). However, we think for ourselves and were able to figure out the difference between original Scientology and the psychiatric secret service versions. That is nothing that for example Leah Remini or the likes can claim.  

Leah Remini gets profits from her book and is paid to beat up Scientology in her A&E TV show. And so is Mike Rinder as “paid consultant” of that crap. I say crap because they conceal that the problems within Scientology is not Scientology but the non-Scientology invasion of Scientology. Apparently people who can’t make a living without attacking Scientology.

However, Remini’s actions were triggered by DM’s behavior. He knew what a diva she was. He should have known that she would retaliate and attack Scientology if she can’t see his wife Michelle. But he doesn’t care as he isn’t a Scientologist. 

And Remini should have known that he doesn’t want her to talk to Michelle because of his withholds. This is what I think, Marty: DM didn’t want her to talk to Shelley because she could mention something  to Leah about him violating his marriage vows.  DM, his actions, decisions, lack of ethics, and those of his family members really created more bad PR and drama for Scientology than what anyone else ever created.  

I still wonder if Germany used RB to file a law suit against you accusing you of having harmed me (which you did not) and if His Cobness used this as justification not to help you as it would be “bad PR”. Isn’t that an irony? It would have never been bad PR because at no time in my life, I ever would have accused you or anyone else wrongfully. This case would have been out of the world right away with me testifying. And now look at the tons of bad PR that DM and his family created! What a hypocrite DM is. (Who also pays professional services to keep my blog as low in the search engines as possible and Monique’s husband tried to down it completely. What non-free speech advocates these two are!) 

And the ABC episode also mentioned Mosey’s husband, your impostor.  ABC 20/20 wondered why he was the main attacker of DM in earlier years and why his wife suddenly withdrew her case against DM and the orgs and his blog stopped going after DM, changing course, and going after others instead.

My thoughts: Your impostor put Mosey (Monique Rathbun Bank) up to file the case against DM and Scientology. He saw a cash cow and DM’s “Squirrel Busters” played right into his hands.

I think that attorney Leslie Hyman and other attorneys wrongfully assumed that Mosey is the driving force behind the lawsuit against the orgs and DM. However, I have seen footage that shows that she does anything he says. I never saw a woman more obedient than Mosey. Anti-Scientology forums or blogs as that of Ortega and the media failed to state that he is the one behind the case. That it is basically his and not her case. I assume that is why the attorneys who took her case got foxed. Not knowing or ignoring that your impostor is the driving force behind the legal actions against Scientology, Hyman didn’t take him seriously. I strongly assume that she told him that she doesn’t want to discuss the case with him but only with his wife. And this made him mad, incl. that it could take years to see cash and if they would see it, it wouldn’t be that much and that they have to pay the attorneys a huge chunk of it… And that’s why “Mosey” withdrew the case. Instead of her, DM, and your impostor “settled” instead. The anti-Scientology attorneys put in work for a million dollars and will not see a cent.  It should be a lesson to attorneys who take cases of those people who once infiltrated the orgs or their spouses.

Also in all these years of attacking each other in public, David Miscavige, your impostor Mosey’s husband, and Mike Rinder kept conspiratorial mum about your whereabouts, Marty. That is something all media outlets failed to report. And that is why anyone had to see it coming why DM and Mosey’s husband are “suddenly” again on the same page. Even during times were they appear/ed as bitter enemies, they (Rinder included) still conspire/d together. 

It all can be summed up with this short sentence: secret service agents and non-Scientologists. This is what the media missed for decades.

I could be still one of the board members on many Sea Org accounts in Liechtenstein, Marty

My sweet Prince, how are you?

I am thinking of you and hope you don’t have to suffer but feel strongly that your life is anything but easy.

So, there is Gary Weber, a guy who once worked in GOPR Flag and participated in the idiotic march dressed up in Nazi uniforms. Germany beat up on Scientology all the time. We in GOPR MUN protested too but I made Stars of Davids from yellow cardboards for Scientologists and those who joined us to protest (members of other religions) against Germany. This is what we wore when we were attacked as Germany really treated us like persecuted Jews. Not Nazi uniforms… Infiltrators and idiots would wear those when the Nazis are those who attack! Germans are still the same old Nazis that they always were, so wearing the Star of David (not the Star of Miscavige) was really the right thing to do.

Abortions in the Munich Org were unheard of. Really. We had the entire org full of kids. Babies everywhere. Abortions are an absolute violation of  Dianetics and Scientology. Ron said clearly that a woman (0r man) who aborts is on 1.1. It results also in engrams. How clearer can it get?   

How can any real Scientologist contribute to that and even drive people to abortion clinics? These infiltrators are so disgusting. As most thetans think that bodies are rare and that somebody has to be lucky to get one, it is also murder as they go into “the tissue” so early.  Weber said that the Ethics Office did arrange the abortions. Good grief, what kind of ethics is that? He said that the GOPR was just interested in getting no bad press.

Debbie Cook was responsible for the Flag Land Base, wasn’t she? The Ethics Officer was under her command not the GO. How can she live with herself? Why didn’t she stop that? And DM awards her and her hubby with cash that she can live a luxurious life on some kind of island. Typical! And him paying them resulted in more greedy make me rich quick cases against Scientology including that of Monique and her impostor husband.

Some religions just disseminate by getting babies. They teach their babies their religion and grow by doing so. Whoever ordered abortions apparently does not have the expansion of Scientology in mind. And all those people who abort are not even qualified to be on staff or Scientologists!  

Anyway, Gary Weber said something interesting: The GO opened bank accounts in Liechtenstein for David Miscavige and Pat Broeker.

Maureen Brigatti, an attorney named Brown, and I were the only three board members on the Sea Org Reserve bank accounts in Liechtenstein. Those were probably 7 accounts. As I never officially resigned, I might be legally still on them. If they replaced me with another name, I don’t know how legal that was.  

I was thinking that these reserves are just temporarily in Liechtenstein until the IRS tax cases are resolved in the USA, but something is telling me that despite Scientology was declared non-profit by the IRS that the secret German control behind DM and the orgs did not allow to transfer these accounts back to the USA where they should be. Germany wants that money. Their psychs and secret services are also behind the high prices of Scientology. Germany is the unofficial if not the official leader of EU already. DM would let them have the cash but I think Scientology should transfer all the Sea Org Reserves back to American bank accounts.        

If it is true that such accounts were also opened for DM and Pat Broeker, I didn’t knew about this. It really should be investigated how many millions these non-Scientologists set aside set aside to enrich themselves. Officially, I read that DM has 50 Million, but I guess it is a lot more. It would be also interesting to know how much medical Pat Broeker took and why the detectives never found anything significant on him despite eye witnesses said that he threw around with cash.

Confidential and privileged information? Is having Monique’s husband taking about your life as your impostor also “confidential and privileged information”?

Dearest Marty, my soul mate,

Seems that DM’s, RTC’s and C of S’s attorneys filed a motion in the gold digger case no. C 2013-1082B in Comal County, Tx. 

As expected, DM (and the infiltrated RTC and Cof S) didn’t come clean and did not confess the doppelganger/impostor charade. They didn’t state that the affidavit that Mosey’s husband filed (claiming wrongfully that he is you, the first Inspector General for Ethics in Scientology) contains lies and that he perjured himself. Apparently, DM’s or church’s attorneys are not really objecting to the content of Monique husband’s impostor statements and lies under oath to the court  but that he had an obligation to keep secrets. 

Yikes! How can for example the act of impostering you (or also the founder of Scientology) be attorney-client privileged?

I am on your side, Marty, the innocent person whose identity and legacy is stolen by a conspiracy of non-Scientologists (current and former infiltrators and spouse) who also are ruining Scientology and/or trying to get rich and who are fighting now among themselves.

Wonder if DM’s or the attorneys of the infiltrated C of S drew up Monique’s husband’s contract (end of the 80s) to impostor you, Marty. If yes, they must get prison sentences too.

I think Ray Jeffrey needs to be disqualified mostly on the grounds that he most certainly knows that Monique’s husband is impostering you and that the million Dollar that his wife wants will benefit your impostor who is for sure the driving force behind this lawsuit for damages.

Marty, also the actions filed by DM and the infiltrated RTC and C of S  against Mosey’s husband can cause YOU problems down the road. Monique’s husband can disappear any minute into Mexico, Germany or any other country/place and YOU might be accused of what HE did (by the infiltrated C of S, governments, and by others)!  

Actually, the conspiracy accuses you already on it by not making any differentiation between you and Monique’s husband, the non-Scientologist and impostor who DM allowed to take over your post by leaving you behind as no real Scientologist would.

Besides, as it turns out, DM, RTC, and the C of S added “Mark” Marty” C.  Rathbun” as the defendant to a  top secret case around October 1, 2012 already.  You don’t even know what cases are filed against that name that you were given by the feds! You have to get your original name back from the feds, but nevertheless, Mosey’s husband should not be allowed to claim your years and legacy in Scientology has his.  

From a footnote of a C of S pleading the case no. S12-56345CV-C in San Patricio County, Texas:

“On or about October 1, 2012, the Plaintiffs (RTC, C of S, C of S Texas, DM) added Mark “Marty” C. Rathbun as an additional defendant… (See affidavit of Gary S. Soter)….”

The affidavit of attorney Gary S. Soter says that “Marty C. Rathbun” was added as defendant to this case on September 28, 2012. 

It also says “Defendants (in that case DM, RTC and C of S) agreed to pay plaintiffs unspecified sums for the remainder of their lives – even after they ceases providing any services.“

Unbelievable, Marty!!!! DM must have quite a bad conscience to make such a deal, and I wonder if hushing up that Monique’s husband isn’t you and that the founder of Scientology was impostored isn’t the biggest part of this bad conscience.

You hired Marrick and Arnold, not Mosey’s husband, and I am very sure that these two detectives know that but are keeping their mouth shut when they should talk about this.

This court action was entitled TOP SECRET and DM, RTC, and C of S are complaining that Ray Jeffrey and other attorneys for the opposition are violating this top secrecy.

MARTY, YOUR IMPOSTOR MIGHT DISAPPEAR ANY DAY AND HIS MESS COULD BE BLAMED ON YOU!  

CASES WERE FILED AGAINST THAT NAME IN WHICH YOU NEVER WERE REPRESENTED AND THAT WERE KEPT TOP-SECRET ALSO BEFORE YOU.

DON’T TAKE THIS! 

All involved are treating  you like a person without having any human rights.

And none should get away under the law. Not one of these conspirators!

You have to sue DM too (and or to file criminal charges) and establish that Monique’s husband is NOT you and that YOU are NOT responsible what HE did and does. And if a secretly German controlled CIA gave you his identity for “security reasons”, you have to sue them (and or to file charges) against them too!

The name Mark (Marty) Rathbun was an honorable name when you had it but is no longer. The name L. Ron Hubbard was an honorable name when Ron had it before “Jack Vistaril” took Scientology over.

The best would be explaining this to Congress and have them investigating and acting before the problems grow even bigger as they already are.  I know it is not easy as the world is not free. Just about all people having ear implants and are not doing what is right but rather what their non Scientology case officers are telling them to do (and the overall control over each ear implant lies within German medical secret services).  

Quite revealing is also that Monique’s husband has no problem violating C of S’s confidential and privileged information but still upholds the “confidential and privileged information” that he is your impostor and that the founder was also impostored (by “Jack Vistaril”). As more heinous an act, as more it is still kept “confidential and privileged” or how should I otherwise understand what he and DM are doing?    

Monique’s husband and Mike Rinder apparently also tried to “testify” in the case of Cof S / Debbie Cook or they did testify. Everything that impostor Monique’s husband might state and do, could be used against you, Marty, despite you didn’t do anything wrong, as the corrupt world makes deliberately no difference between you and him.       

Warren McShane also filed an affidavit in Monique’s case. He knows that her husband is not you. But he too writes no word about it. How can he think that these withholds will not catch up with him later in form of the OW/sequence? DM pulled himself already huge problems in, and I don’t think they will go away. 

Ray Jeffrey claimed in one of his pleadings that Pat Broeker was the “successor” of the Scientology founder. Hell, he was. “Jack Vistaril” was an impostor and not even the Scientology founder. I know that you hired Marrick and Arnold as they represented themselves as professional detectives. You had all reasons to believe that Pat Broeker was hiding something. You told them both not to do anything illegal but did they really deliver, particularly, after Mosey’s husband took your position over? The pleadings of Ray Jeffrey read as if both of them were rather “Pat Broekeries”.

Broeker a kind, studious, admirable gentlemen? What happened to the Scientology money (millions of Dollars) that disappeared when Broker and his wife Annie carried millions around in suitcases? Even critics of Scientology mention these missing millions!  C of S critic Steve “Sarge” Pfauth allegedly reported that Pat Broeker was laughing with David Miscavige just one day after “LRH” died. Pat Broeker was throwing around Ron’s cash, how “cool” and “lawful” is that? Besides from co-conspiring that “LRH” was the Scientology founder and not an impostor.

25 years, these detective did not deliver anything on Broeker. Faithful service? Even Steve C of S critic “Sarge” Pfauth found more out about Pat Broeker than they did! And for not delivering the goods, DM pays these guys for 25 years and for the rest of their lives. Unbelievable, absolutely beyond belief.  

“Broeker spent money like water. He had access to as much money as he wanted. Pat didn’t like doing accounting…”

You bet that Pat Broeker, the “kind, studious, admirable gentlemen” didn’t like doing accounting. 

But the last chapter of the story isn’t written yet.  

Bright eyes like yours and mine are in the way by turning Scientology in what the psychs orders, that’s why we were kicked out. Idiots are allowed to stay and are recruited  back into the orgs as they are very helpful in Scientology being blamed on what infiltrators do.

Loose screws…

Dearest Marty, my breathtaking Prince,

How are you? I’m pretty busy and on top of all, my grass is growing like never before. Have new battery, oil, filter, blades, belt, tire, etc. in my lawn mover but it still does strange things sometimes. Last Sunday, I got off because I noticed that I forgot my ear muffins (it is loud too). When I started again, I noticed that I am unable to lower the blades. So, I checked and saw that the belt isn’t in its original place.  I tried to fix it but it didn’t stay in place. So, I checked around for some kind of male but nobody around. I ventured deeper down the road and saw a gentleman. He was nice enough to come with me and crawl under the mover and told me what’s wrong.  After I had stopped, the belt turned suspiciously around and that is why I was unable to make it stay in place. He turned it back into the right direction and then it worked again. I am sure glad that I don’t mow grass for a living, there is always something else… I told him my name and asked him for his name to thank him, and it turned out that he is one of the leading police officers in this area.

Marty, if I would have known decades ago that I will not be staff in a Scientology org but live in the country, I would have learned additional skills and knowledge for this kind of life. But I am catching on.

I read that  Debbie Cook had Mike Rinder jump in the lake. You know that Ron, the founder, had nobody jump overboard. It his impostor who tried to harm Ron’s reputation in doing things like that. Ron, you, and any intelligent real Scientologist knows that the heart of even young and  healthy people can simply stop beating when subjected to this.  Besides, it is an old psychiatric method (also running around in circles) to shock people with cold water. It is yet more evidence that Scientology is infiltrated by psychiatric agents. 

Sergei Mikhailovich Grinkov was just 28 old, a gifted figure skater, looked like the perfect healthy young man, and died on a massive heart attack. And he wasn’t even thrown in cold water. The impostor, David Miscavige, and all others who engaged in over-boarding are just lucky that nobody died yet. Anyway, by hearing that “Jack Vistaril” threw people overboard “as a penalty”, anyone should know that this wasn’t the founder but his impostor. Ron was thinking ahead. He had no loose screws. He would simply have told infiltrators to leave the ship in the next port.

Debbie Cook will get stung and will not win her violating a contract

Dearest Marty, my hero, most irresistible husband and prince in the entire universe and beyond, how are you?

Spring came one months early here, and my grass is almost ripe to be mowed. Will be again lots of work in addition to what else I do all day long. Anyway, I just keep going until the day I see you again.

If a judge would grant Debbie Cook’s and Wayne Baumgarten’s wish and would approve Debbie’s (or maybe also her husband’s) violation of keeping a confidentiality agreement, any other confidentiality contract (also non-Scientology related) could be broken as well. Anybody could use the cash and then break it by simply telling 5 years later that the boss was no good. And I don’t think that any court (except maybe a “professional” judge who calls herself a witch) would go along with that.

I am not defending any of David Miscavige’s actions. Actually, ARC increases with social people when they are together and learn to know each other, but with DM it seems the other way around, and the worst complaints about him come from people who know him. That needs a special “talent”.  About us, including the real founder Ron, only those people talk bad about who do not know us and never met us. The secrecy that DM wants for his misapplication of the tech and ethics sucks too, and yes, he doesn’t even want to protect Ron’s reputation in these contracts, when he throws money at leaving people (not based on any policy) to get people into his corner or at least be quiet about him. I know that other churches also apply confidentiality agreements, but a real religion as Scientology would not need it if the real Ron’s technology and ethics would be applied.  

However, from a legal viewpoint, Debbie is the violator of the contract. There is footage of Debbie in Elliot Abelson’s office signing the contract and accepting a big fat check, and she seems very calm and not at all under stress. But in Debbie’s favor, let say, there were guards outside of this office and that she would have signed anything just to get away from it… But why didn’t she sign the contract and take the check and walk the same or at least the next day to the authorities? She failed for YEARS to tell the alleged or real abuses to the authorities. Not even in her letter of December 31, 2011 to thousands of Scientologists, she spoke of DM’s abuses just mentioned his greed. Suddenly, she talks of abuses. If she would have not used the check, if she would have taken the check and the signed agreement to the authorities the same or next day and would have sworn that she was forced to sign and take the money, she would be somehow believable, but she is not anymore. 

DM wins that one. Guaranteed.

And what on Earth is the matter with Hy Levy? He posted on March 15, 2012 at 2:13 am in response to Debbie Cook aka girl who kicked hornets net (or better, girl who is also a hornet who will get stung): . It is not his affinity to Debbie Cook that bothers me but his intention to commit murder. Of course, I hope, it was just a matter of speaking but what an idiot would make such a violent statement? Sounds to me that Hy Levy has a very German psych case officer transmitting German Nazi violence through an ear implant. Hy Levy is a stupid as a German psych or Nazi. He shouldn’t be allowed to call himself a Jew and Scientologist by making such violent remarks. What is he eating for breakfast? Raw pork or what?

What are the “odds” that Debbie Cook knows that Mosey’s husband is your impostor, Marty?

Dearest Marty, my hero and remarkable prince,

I stumbled about below “gem”. If Tony Ortega (he’s such a tabloid bloke, isn’t he?) didn’t make it up, there are certain “questions” that Debbie “Cook wants to address in a deposition, and this in only a few days… One of the things she wants to address is her relationship with “Marty Rathbun”. She is apparently another plaintiff in the non-Scientology world, where everyone sues everyone, isn’t she?  

She wants to address the relationship between the plaintiff and “Marty Rathbun” from 1990 to the present… She wants to have Mosey’s husband and Mike Rinder present at the taking of the deposition.

Marty, she used the year 1990 as cut-off date because you, the first Marty Rathbun (Inspector General of Ethics) disappeared briefly BEFORE. I know this for sure because instead of your photos, pictures of Mosey’s husband (back then Cheray’s or Ann’s husband) were published in the RTC magazine and other SCN publications. After 1990 all photos in Scientology publications showed Mosey’s husband instead of you under the header “Mark C. Rathbun” or “Marty Rathbun”. However, the RTC also made an exception once and published YOUR photo when you were in your 40s on the RTC website, not long before Mosey’s husband blew from the INT base. I assume they used a real photo of yours to confuse me. After I was already sure that you are wrongfully incarcerated, I should think that you are having great life at INT.

And then there was a while nothing, and then Mosey’s husband appeared. And he was not you and he is not the person on the RTC photo either. 

There is a big possibility that Debbie Cook knows YOU too, Marty, and not just your impostor. But she apparently wants to keep her mouth shut by not telling in court that you disappeared and that Mosey’s husband replaced you, likely on orders of DM and whatever secret service he works for. (All we know is that it is not the CIA.)  That is why Debbie used the cut-off date 1990. 

But thanks heaven, you have me, and my loving OT eyes saw the fraud right from the start and could differentiate between you, the original and the impostor.

That Debbie used 1990 as cut-off date is highly suspicious. It means that she does not want the truth to come out that Mosey’s husband is not the original Marty but you are! Why didn’t she tell “her relationship” with “Marty Rathbun” when IT BEGAN? In the 70/80s? Exactly, because there are things to HIDE. Why is her “relationship” with “Marty Rathbun” not interesting right from the start? Because I think that she is one of the (inhuman) people who don’t mind when a good innocent person (you) has to waste his life wrongfully incarcerated. It is so insulting that such conspirators are calling themselves Scientologists. They are so such hypocrites. They don’t want it to happen to them but when it happens to somebody else, it is no problem for them. If the “new” civilization consists of such people, I don’t want to be a part of their world. May they all get what they deserve.

Well, the truth will come out anyway. I know that the orgs under David Miscasvige and the “Indies” under Mosey’s husband intent to hush these facts up as good as they can but they have no clue how our precisely our postulates work. All are getting into more and more troubles, and one day not so far in future, the truth will pop WIDE open. I rather want to be a saint who marches in alone instead in a group of the guilty and stupid international infiltrators. 

We both could shake up or end any case filed against or by the C of S by proving the infiltration and the fact that Ron was and you are impostored. I believe that the only reason why Mosey’s husband and Mike Rinder were not sued by DM is because they don’t reveal the impostor and doppelganger activities. They signed confidentiality agreements and DM didn’t sue them. Unbelievable, isn’t it? I bet that DM spares them because it is all about the doppelganger and impostor stuff. They know for sure more than Debbie but I bet that Debbie knows too.

Imagine what Scientologists would say if they would learn that Jack Vistaril was not Ron but an impostor and that DM (and others) knew about it?

No real Scientologist would want to be involved in this.

DM, Mosey’s husband and Mike Rinder hate me. Sniff. :) Is the reason why Mosey’s husband and Mike Rinder are not being sued by DM because they still keep the doppelganger/impostor stuff a secret?

Dearest Marty, my awesome soul mate, the day I found you will make me to the happiest person on the planet. As long as I can feel your love (and as OT I do), I need nothing else. Like a pioneer woman, I will go any way to find my way back to you. BTW, the woman in the painting looks like having a halo.  

Mosey’s husband posted some old psychiatric definition of men hating women and argued that David Miscavige would hate women. I don’t think this is the case at all. Just like Mosey’s husband and Mike Rinder, DM loves women who support him and strongly dislikes those who opposes him. (Men like Neal Warren and Garry Scarff hate women because they can’t get any women, but this is not the problem of DM, Mike Rinder or Mosey’s husband. They have no problems attracting good-looking females.) I am sure that DM hates my guts for being frank about him and his leadership. Mosey’s husband hates me for telling the truth that he is not you but an impostor, and Mike Rinder hates me because I posted that these secret service programs (in which he without my knowledge and authorization put my name) are his and as non-secret service agent, I handle things differently and ethical and I am outraged about these programs. If DM, Mosey’s husband, and Mike Rinder would be ethical and true, I wouldn’t dislike any of them.

Also, I dislike very much them admiring Ron’s impostor (who appointed Mary Sue and Jane Kember) and giving a damn on Ron who truly founded Scientology. These guys remind me to visitors in a museum admiring a fake DaVinci and wrapping their lunch in the original painting and throwing it afterwards in the trashcan.

I think that suing Debbie Cook has nothing to do with that she is a woman. Most of the time she wasn’t at INT but an executive on the other side of the continent. What she knows about DM might be very restricted. I think it needs to be checked if this agreement was to protect unethical actions of DM and others. If it was hush money, the contract to conceal violations of the law has no value, whoever, but Debbie Cook and her husband had then no right to keep the cash. If they want to convince others that it was money to hush up illegal activities and that they were forced to accept it, they should have overturned the cash and the contract the next day to the authorities. Using the money and then breaking the agreement and suddenly claiming that it was an illegal deal is not ethical or lawful. I think the only reason DM sues her is because his attorneys tell him that he has a prima facie case and he can protect other such “agreements”. 

Anyway, I wondered a bit that DM never sued Mosey’s husband and Mike Rinder. I heard that they also signed confidentiality agreements. But they are not being sued. That DM likes men more than women and doesn’t sue them is crap.  

But it is possible that these two know a lot more than they are publishing. They know for example that DM (and/or his secret service case officers) hired Mosey’s husband as your doppelganger to let you rot innocently in prison. They might know that Jack Vistaril was the impostor and not the founder and that the real founder was cut off from Scientology and left behind for the psychs and to be murdered.  

What if the fact that Mosey’s husband and Mike Rinder knows that Ron was impostored and you are impostored by Mosey’s husband is their BARGAIN CHIP for PREVENTING from BEING SUED by DM? I sure suspect it. If DM would sue Mosey’s husband and Mike Rinder, they might finally blow the whistle (of course only if it would look as if they would lose the case). I wondered all the time why Mosey’s husband, Mike Rinder and DM still conspire together by claiming that Mosey’s husband is you, the first Inspector General for Ethics and by claiming that Jack Vistaril is Ron, the founder. Maybe they know exactly that DM will not sue them as long as they keep quiet about it? 

Truth will come out nevertheless. I love you bunches, Marty, can’t wait to see you again, and put my arms around you, my hero.

Debbie Cook Baumgarten’s fibromyalgia and covert psych/medical attacks on Scientology (I explain why and how)

Rays and silent sounds don’t have to kill immediately. They are also used in smaller amounts to torture and to make people buy pills to make the pharma industries rich and run to the doctors to make them rich.  I bet that Debbie is tortured with silent sounds and psychosomatic pains because she “was the face of the Flag Service Org”. But as so-called Scientologists don’t fight back anymore by calling the nasty child by its real name, they won’t win.

John Hopkins University is of course wrong claiming that it is a new technology. It is secretly used since centuries to torture and murder people.

One big mistake that people are making is not looking in how they are being used to serve the purpose of the enemies of Scientology: in other words: SPs, p$ychs and other medical creeps.

Let’s take the example of Debbie Cook Baumgarten. She was the Captain Flag  Service Org, which is called the Mecca of Technical Perfection as you know. It has the most advanced auditors, highest levels of SCN services are delivered there, including the Ls. And Debbie overlooked and supervised it all. Yet, she gets fibromyalgia and is unable to stay in the Sea Org due to these pains. And Scientology of today, led by DM pays her lots of money instead of helping her to convict those who cause her the pains. In my eyes, Marty, they are all wogs. (Pardon my French). CCHR (under attack as well) still points towards the danger of pills and electroshock but when do they ever address the fact that medical terrorists use microwaves and silent sounds to torture Scientologists? Never. And that is why the psych and medical terror continues. They don’t fight back. They allow these p$ychs to step all over them.

I am aware that Paul Haggis never read Book I and stayed 30 years on Scientology lines but what about the rest of us who read the DMSMH? We read that already a Book 1 auditor can free a person from psychosomatic phenomena.

So, what is wrong? The enemies of Scientology want people to believe that Dianetics and Scientology does not work but Debbie herself has seen that it works on so many people. So, why does she get fibromyalgia?

Here is the definition by the “mecca of technical perfection of the medical world” , the Mayo Clinic:

Fibromyalgia is a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. Researchers believe that fibromyalgia amplifies painful sensations by affecting the way your brain processes pain signals. Symptoms sometimes begin after a physical trauma, surgery, infection or significant psychological stress. In other cases, symptoms gradually accumulate over time with no single triggering event. Women are much more likely to develop fibromyalgia than are men. Many people who have fibromyalgia also have tension headaches, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety and depression. While there is no cure for fibromyalgia.

My comment: Isn’t that what Dianetics should be able to handle? Yes, it is, but Dianetics is altered and that is why it is not more that effective.

No cure? Mayo does not know much. This here is not by Ron but it repeats some of what the real Ron said decades ago.

It is simple: Dianetics and Scientology was ALTERED not just by DM but already before by “Jack Vistaril”, Ron’s impostor, others and their German secret service medical case officers.

It appears that DM cut even more material out of the DMSMH. But those in the Freezone don’t have correct Dianetics and Scientology either. I think that the CIA and maybe also the NSA have everything on file that the real Ron said. (And the SEGNPMSS of course who ordered Ron’s material and technology to be stolen and replaced by ineffectiveness and contradictory data. ) 

Here is the brutal truth and just a few people have the courage to confront it: due to her position as Captain of the Technical Perfection of Scientology, Debbie was elected to be tortured with electromagnetic waves and remote-controlled germs to contract these pains because the German Secret Services (and most of all their most secret service, the SEGNPMSS) want Scientologists and other people to believe that Dianetics and Scientology does not work and is a fraud. But the Germans and the medical professions are the fraud.  They infiltrated Scientology and removed big parts of Ron’s technology.

In addition to effective training and auditing, there was an alternative way of living to preserve youth and health and having screens and barriers to stop electromagnetic ways and silent sounds. We need original Dianetics and Scientology back. We want the real Ron back. We want to be real OTs, strong, young, healthy, bright.  Anything else is squirrel and not that effective.
